Bali, Indonesia, 28 August 2024 – Fulkrum Digital Sdn. Bhd. and Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to focus on Technology Collaboration and Market Exploration for Malaysia and Indonesia. This event took place at The Westin Resort, Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia, during the BATIC Conference.

As part of its expansion plan, Fulkrum Digital Sdn. Bhd. is exploring market opportunities in collaboration with Telin Solutions. Fulkrum Digital specializes in delivering digital transformation technology to automate operational activities and reduce human reliance through advanced data solutions, while Telin offers comprehensive telecommunication and digital services, including digital transformation, Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS), and cybersecurity.

Through this MOU, Fulkrum Digital and Telin will collaborate to explore and penetrate the Malaysian and Indonesian markets by introducing solutions in these regions. This MOU will strengthen ties between the parties and may lead to future projects, programs, or activities that align with mutual goals, such as expanding market reach, enhancing offerings, and pursuing other strategic objectives as deemed necessary
